De caribe en Silla now electricity problems

Hier à 11h du soir Eoin a enfourché son vélo pour aller osculter le plafond de la voisine!! Alors je vous arrête tout de suite bande de vicieux, seulement le plafond. Bon bref, en tous cas, il y avait bien une fuite dans notre cuisine. Eoin et le copain de la voisine ont donc coupé l'eau. Ce midi avec les ouvriers, nous avons identifié les problème. Finalement cela va sécher normalement rapidement et il y a juste le siphon et quelques tuyaux à changer. Et un problème de réglé! Et puis autant mettre dès maintenant une tuyauterie neuve, ce n'est pas perdu.
Donc tout juste quand je pensais avoir pointé au passage obligatoire des petites catastrophes, je tombe de caribe en silla. J'apprends en discutant un peu au sujet de l'électricité que l'installation a bien été refaite avec des cables à 3 fils, donc pour un accès à la terre, mais que la liaison n'a pas été faite.... AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH. A bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures...

Yesterday at 11pm Eoin jumped onto his bike to check out our neighbours ceiling. Only the ceiling! Water was dripping through her ceiling from our kitchen into her sitting room! So Eoin and the neighbours's boy friend cut the water. At lunch with the builders we identified the problem and it should dry rapidly, there was just the siphon and a few pipes to change. One problem solved! And changing the plumbing below the sink is not that bad of an idea.
But just as this was solved, I discovered that the electricity had not been earthed!!! I tell you, from Carribe to Silla! Again it ended up not being that bad. They actually re-did most of the electricity of the flat in the past weeks, including computer room, bathroom and kitchen (the most important) with new wires (3 threads) allowing it to be earthed quite easily. At one point I thought we had to re-open the walls...
