Les travaux ont commencés / building work started

Ca y est, on a trouvé un entrepreneur et les travaux ont commencés hier matin. Comment ça va se passer? Vont-ils faire du bon boulot? Va t-on dépasser le budget? et la vraie question: de combien? Ouuuuuh j'ai peur, mais allons y! Fin des travaux prévue dans 4 semaines... je vous tiens au courant.

That's it, we found a builder and the work started yesterday morning. How is it going to go? Are they going to do a descent job? Are we going to go over budget? and the real question: How much? Ohhhhhhh I'm a bit scared, but let's go for it! It should be finished in 4 weeks time, let's cross fingers... I'll keep you posted.
